There was held second part of project "By the confluence of rights II" in Zrenjanin.
There was one seminar held from 9th to 11th July. The lecturers were as follows:
- Nikola Slajh MA (EMinS Zrenjanin) - Development of multiethnic society and multiethnic community on the therithory of Banat - Vojvodina - Introduction of Zrenjanin.
- Sandra Bencic (CPS Zagreb-Croatia) - Influence of koncepts of national and personal security on human rights situation in ex Yugoslav states.
- Workshop with themes: Human rights: Relation between human rights and piece building, The right to respect of privacy.
- Robert Molnar (EMinS Zrenjanin) - Globalisation effects - The influence of internet
There was organised foolowup workshop on 11th of July.
This project was conducted in cooperation with Balkan Yuth Union - Belgrade and three partner organisations:
1. Hungarian Yuth of Vojvodina
2. Mladinski center Brezice
3. Center for piece studies.

     The Establishing contract considering Regional Center for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurship- BANAT Ltd. with headoffice in Zrenjanin has been signed. The Contract has been signed by: The Government of Republic of Serbia, Assembly of Zrenjanin Municipality, Assembly of Novi Becej Municipality, Regional Chamber of Commerce in Zrenjanin, Vojvodinian Bank - Novi Sad branch office in Zrenjanin, "Distrikt 0230" in Kikinda, Association of private SMEs and entrepreneurs in Vrsac, Business association "New view" in Pancevo and of course by EMinS in Zrenjanin. Member of the Local Council of EMinS, Robert Molnar, M.Sc., has been elected for the possiton of temporary M.D. This is first Center which is established with republic Government participation, after many legislative problems overcoming. It is planed that registration of the Center will be done in a near future.

     The Day of Europe, May 9th, was celebrated in our town. We have organized again a rich cultural program for this occassion:
- pupils from "2. oktobar" elementary school have picturised pavement in front of City House. Permormans is named "My view of Europe"
- promenade in the garden of the City House, with participation of City orchestra
- Concert for Europe with participation of pupils from "Josif Marinkovic" music high scool and choirs "Emanuel" and "Sveti Simeon Mirotocivi", in the baroc hall of City House.

     During the night, between March 12th and 13th, the robbery happened in our rooms. Main computer (the server), laser printer and scaner has been taken away.

The Contract has been signed by: Assembly of Zrenjanin Municipality, Assembly of Novi Becej Municipality, Regional Chamber of Commerce in Zrenjanin, Vojvodinian Bank - Novi Sad branch office in Zrenjanin, "Distrikt 0230" in Kikinda, Association of private SMEs and entrepreneurs in Vrsac, Business association "New view" in Pancevo and of course by EMinS in Zrenjanin. The participation of Republic government in Regional Agencies is still open.
